This sculpture is made of tiny individually formed segments of paper clay which are attached to a thrown base.  It is glazed only on the edges to give a glossy finish which contrasts with the matt centre.
 
Dimensions - this sculpture is 14cm in diameter and approximately 3.5cm thick. 
 
The sculpture has a hole in the rear so it can be simply hung on a screw or nail to attach it to the wall.
