This sculpture was inspired early peonies in my garden. It is made of individual petals form from paper clay which are then attached to a thrown base.  The green tinged edges are copper oxide which is added before the final firing.
 
Dimensions - this sculpture is 14cm in diameter and approximately 3cm thick. 
 
The sculpture has a hole in the rear so it can be simply hung on a screw or nail to attach it to the wall.
 
The base of this sculpture has been repaired post firing this does not effect its strength or appearance but this is reflected in the reduced price.
